Day 95

My oldest is inside here...
...my youngest is inside here! These were not taken today, but I really wanted to post them because I think they are funny!

Day 94

We had a very low key Easter Sunday...it ended with this super ice cream cake!

Day 93

A new mountain bike...
Goalie Mask and stick...
We gave the boys a few early Easter gifts (from us...not the bunny) because my husband had to work on Sunday. I wanted my husband to see the boy's faces when they saw their new toys.

Day 92

My husband took this beautiful picture while visiting New York City with his 10th grade class yesterday. I love how nice and close it is. I've lived in NY my entire life, but I've never visited Ellis Island. I've added it to my "to do" list.

Day 91

I'd like to blame how horrible I look on the picture quality, but I think it is more likely due to being very tired at the end of the day. Thank you to my oldest son for taking this picture of us.

Day 90

All I wanted was a natural smile...nope...this is what I got!!

Day 89

Can you say "hockey hair"? Yikes...mommy is going to have to get used to this...I am more of a clean cut type. He got many compliments on his hair when we went out to dinner that night...it was so cute!

Day 83

As much as I'd like to forget the many nights of asthma troubles...I don't want to forget to take a picture of it. Asthma has been the most scary experience of my parenting years. This little boy is an angel...he never complains and does his medicine perfectly. I just love him!!

Day 82

I couldn't pick just one...
...can you see why? I just love all three of these guys!

Monday, March 22, 2010

Day 81

Ok...so I don't usually just put a picture of myself up here, but today is the exception. I am wearing a "Green Bean" bracelet, purchased for $5.00 through a wonderful blogger who's story you can read about here: http://laurensblog.greenfamily.net/
Lauren asked her readers to send a picture of ourselves wearing our bracelets. The best part about this green bracelet is that the money collected is donated directly to the March of Dimes! Thanks Lauren!! Your "green beans" are watching down over you!!

Day 80

Just another Sunday night!

Day 79

Tonight we were back to watch Union while they played Cornell in the championship hockey game. The boys both got their faces painted with the Union "U" and their favorite player's number. Unfortunately, Union did not win so this was the end of their season. We enjoyed every game we attended this year and we look forward to next season.

Day 78

Not a good picture at all, but I wanted to post one from today because we began our hockey weekend. The boys cheered on Union College when they played St. Lawrence...Union won, which means we get to see the championship game tomorrow night!

How much fun is it to open your mailbox and find an envelope addressed to you? So much if you ask me!! This week I received two congratulatory cards for getting into nursing school...Yeah!!

My boys outside enjoying the beautiful weather!!

Day 74

What do good college students do on spring break? That's right...go to the public library and study!! Mariela and I don't care because we got into Nursing School!

Day 66

Today was our last day of hockey until October....my boys posing with their coaches. We had a great season...they may play some 3v3 over the summer...watch for pictures!

Day 65

Ok...so my last post I told you my little guy was not feeling well...as it turns out he has strep throat! :( Also, he was having some wheezing issues (he has asthma), which has him on his nebulizer again.

Day 64

Today my little guy woke up not feeling well, so I kept him home from school. I had to go to a doctor's appointment and he had to tag along...after we went to a sports store and he tried on this helmet. Turns out he actually was sick...see my next post...

Day 63

Although this picture was not taken today...I really wanted to put it on my blog. This is my sister~in~law Michele and I. We've known each other for 25+ years and she is the best!! This was taken at her daughter's sweet 16 party and I love it!!

Day 59

Today we watched Team USA take on Canada in the gold game for Olympic hockey. We proudly wore red and blue necklaces and had a cute centerpiece on our table. It was a very exciting game and we had fun watching it even though the US team won silver (we really wanted the gold).

Day 58

Julie, myself and Melissa after a wonderful dinner out. We had a great time talking about old times and the new things happening in our lives!

Friday, February 26, 2010

Day 57

Today I treated myself to a much needed pedicure. Not only did my toes need some tending to, my mind needed it too. I got to relax and think about nothing for 1 hour...ahhh!!!

Day 56

Mmm...this is one of the best flavors of ice cream ever!

Wednesday, February 24, 2010
