Day 59

Today we watched Team USA take on Canada in the gold game for Olympic hockey. We proudly wore red and blue necklaces and had a cute centerpiece on our table. It was a very exciting game and we had fun watching it even though the US team won silver (we really wanted the gold).

Julie, myself and Melissa after a wonderful dinner out. We had a great time talking about old times and the new things happening in our lives!

Today I treated myself to a much needed pedicure. Not only did my toes need some tending to, my mind needed it too. I got to relax and think about nothing for 1 hour...ahhh!!!

Today we had a snow day and once it was all cleared out my oldest and I headed out to the book store and grocery store.

The boys practiced at Union College tonight. They were so excited that the Union coaches were there to help.

My boys ready for bed. They have been off for a week from school for winter break and tomorrow life returns to normal. So, we read books early and headed to bed on schedule. I wanted a cute picture of them in their warm pj's tonight!

Tonight was another Union Hockey game...it is one of our favorite things to do as a family. Union won 7-3 and it was a great game!!

For the last few weeks I've been "playing" with skeletons in my A&P lab. At the beginning of the semester my lab group named our's Fred! Today he was "feeling" our pain!

My favorite picture so far...

My son spilled a drink today at a local coffee shop (he was not drinking coffee...it was a strawberry smoothie) and this was the result. A small pink heart!! Even the nice gentleman who cleaned it up took a picture first.

The boys played goalie this morning. It was a sight to see...the equipment is bigger than them...both had so much fun!
Thank goodness daddy took the morning off to help with getting dressed...

...mommy could not have done it by herself!!

Mariela and I studying for A&P...we study for 7 hours a week in the library. It is the best way to stay ahead on our classes. I am so thankful for her...she is such a great resource...we share information with each other!

Today is a lazy day...after hockey this is all we could manage to do. Both boys needed the rest and mommy is not feeling well...so hanging out watching t.v. was all we wanted to do!

I am not feeling well tonight, so I did not go to a hockey game with my family. I decided my picture for today would be of the "bubbles" that scroll across the screen when my computer is at rest. I think they are really fun!!

Pretty in Pink...I'm a lucky girl with a new laptop. I needed one for school and I am so thankful and fortunate to have gotten one.

Today was my husband's birthday...we celebrated with a nice dinner at home. Unfortunately, my youngest got sick and missed out on the festivities.
My boys worked very hard on decorating this cake for daddy. My oldest son free-handed the Buffalo Sabres logo in the middle. Not bad for a 7 year old!!
